MEET YOUR THERAPIST
I'm Brittany, Registered Provisional Psychogist
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely comfortable being yourself.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and conversational. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationships, identity, burnout, or a major life transition, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and move forward with greater clarity.
I have a special interest in working with adolescents, young adults, civilian members of emergency agencies, first responders and the people who love them.
I don't believe therapy should feel rigid or formulaic. While I am trained in EMDR and draw from approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based work, emotion-focused therapy, and parts work, my focus is always on finding what works best for you.
Some people come to therapy looking for practical tools, while others need space to process difficult experiences, better understand themselves, or work through deeper patterns. My role is to meet you where you are and create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and genuine as we work toward meaningful change together.
